HOW TO SHOP ON Prashtech

Shopping at Prashtech is easy.
Step 1 - Finding What You Need
You will see the range of product categories and their sizes on
Shop Online.. Clicking each product, you will find essential information such as price, brief
description, technical specifications, dimensional details, an
image and delivery period.*
At one stage you will be asked about
shipping address country. Accordingly applicable currency will
get displayed. If your shipping address is within India, you
will see all the price details in Indian Rupees.
Otherwise in US$ for outside India.

subject to change anytime.
Step 2 - Purchasing an Item
Some item are available ex-stock whereas some are manufactured on
receiving order. When you decide to purchase item seen on the
screen, if it is ex-stock item, enter required quantity in the box and just add it to your
cart. In other case you have to send us your
order by email. Further continue shopping next item.
You will not be charged for
an item just by adding it to your cart.
During shopping you
can check your order list by clicking your
cart contains. Here you can modify your order,
change number of items purchased, remove item from cart. On this
page when you say submit, you will be taken to login page for
registration.

HOW TO
REGISTER ON Prashtech SHOPPING ?
Registering on Prashtech
is a very simple process. If you are
first-time visitor, you may create an account for permanent
registration or else you can register temporary. If you already
have your account created, you have to simply enter your User Name
& User Password. In case of local customer you have option of
entering Purchase Order No. & Date.
During registration you have to fill
up Registration Form with necessary information such as your name,
organization name, postal address, telephone numbers, etc. If
necessary local customer can enter Vendor Code, Purchase Order No.
& Date.
In case two separate addresses are
filled in, material will be delivered at shipping address.
Invoice will also mention shipping address. Invoice will be mailed
to billing address.
The information you
provide will be kept confidential. It will be used to process your
order and deliver you the material.

PAYMENT METHODS
For India-based Companies (Shipping
address within India)
Once you submit
Registration Form you will see a page titled Proforma Invoice
/ Quotation. It will show details of item purchased
(available ex-stock), total amount, PKG & FWD, TAX amount,
freight charges and finally Grand Total. This print-out can be used as Quotation
to generate Purchase Order, if necessary. The same can be used
as Proforma Invoice to arrange
payment. You have
to send us full advance payment
in Indian Rupees by Demand Drafts in favor of PRASHTECH PRODUCTS drawn on any bank payable in
Pune.
Final invoice will accompany the
material.
For International Users (Shipping address
outside India)
Option of shopping using your credit card is currently not
available. You will have to make advance payment by Telegraphic
Transfer
or by Demand Draft in US$ currency only. The method is as follows.
Once you submit
Registration Form you will see a page titled Order
Acceptance. It
will
show details of item purchased (available ex-stock), total amount,
freight charges, miscellaneous charges and Grand Total.
Once you submit at this
stage, you will see a page showing
details
of remittance.
You can either send a Demand
Draft by courier. Demand Draft should be in favor of
"PRASHTECH PRODUCTS" payable at any Indian bank at Pune or Mumbai
(Bombay).
OR
You can instruct your bankers to remit
the shown Grand Total amount to the following Correspondent Bank
on account number 000-038245.

Prices on Prashtech Shopping pages are exclusive of shipping
charges and other levies. They are
ex-factory prices. Once you have indicated your shipping address
- whether outside India / inside India, accordingly
you will see unit prices either in US$ /
Indian Rupees. The dollar price applies for
delivery outside India. The
rupee price applies for delivery within India.
For India-based Companies (Shipping
address within India)
On sub-total, 2% PKG & FWD is applicable. On such total Sales
Tax is applicable. For shipping address within Maharashtra,
currently taxes applicable are MST 13%, SURCHARGE 10%, TURNOVER
TAX 1%. For shipping address outside Maharashtra taxes
applicable are CST 13%. Freight is charged for gross weight of
single order contents according to tariff
applicable.
For International Users (Shipping address
outside India)
Freight is charged for gross
weight of single order contents according to country of
destination. Here Air-freight charges are
considered. These charges may appear more for smaller quantities
against item value. Economical freight option like Sea-freight
is available for bulk orders placed through off-line
methods. Miscellaneous charges take care of overheads.

In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned, the
consignment will be sent through Registered Post Parcel.
